The minimum amount for an order is €500 excluding VAT, except for the "clearance" category where there is no minimum.

To better protect our customers when paying online, you may be asked to validate 3D Secure during payment. You must then enter a password or security code obtained by email or telephone to validate your payment.

Virement bancaire

You can choose to pay for your order by immediate Bank Transfer where you will be automatically redirected to your banking area.

Alternatively, you also have the option of choosing the standard transfer within 7 days. Our bank details will be communicated to you after placing your order on the site.

Your order is validated upon receipt of the transfer and may therefore have a slight impact on the announced delivery time (if you have chosen the standard transfer within 7 days).

We accept administrative mandates for payments from French public institutions (town halls, local authorities, schools, etc.).

To benefit from this, simply select this payment method when ordering and send us your signed order form, with the organization's stamp.

Payment in 3 interest-free installments

Payment in 3 interest-free installments is available for purchases of €999 excluding VAT. This type of payment is possible for purchases of up to €5,000 including VAT.

If you choose this payment method, remember to check your credit card limit for future monthly payments.

For example, if you place your order on September 10th, the following monthly payments will automatically be made on the anniversary date of your order, i.e., the 10th of the following two months. In the event of a payment error, you must rectify your situation as soon as possible by bank transfer.
