Meet Geoffrey Andrien, owner of Drive-In Andrien

A store layout project designed to modernize the wine shop

When renovating his Drive-In Andrien wine shop, Geoffrey Andrien wanted to completely rethink his retail space to create a store that was both functional, welcoming, and perfectly suited to his business. Like many retailers, he began by searching online for store layout ideas.

During his research, Tradis furniture quickly caught his attention. Although he explored many different alternatives, he kept coming back to the collections offered by Tradis. He particularly appreciated their style, which perfectly matched the atmosphere he wanted to create in his store.

After an initial conversation with our sales team, Geoffrey discovered the Tradis store design service and was soon put in touch with our interior designer. From the very beginning, he found the process straightforward, clear, and easy to follow. The dedicated Project Space, accessible through his customer account, allowed him to track the progress of his project and easily provide all the information needed to design his future store.

Remote support that fully met expectations

Although the entire project was carried out remotely between Belgium and Bordeaux, this never proved to be an obstacle. On the contrary, Geoffrey highlights the responsiveness and availability of the Tradis team, who were always quick to answer his questions by phone, email, or message.

Working with our interior designer enabled him to create a store that perfectly reflected his expectations. After analyzing the dimensions of the premises and the project's requirements, a fully customized layout was developed. When unexpected constraints arose during the renovation work and the position of several pieces of furniture had to be changed, the layout was quickly adjusted to maintain a harmonious and practical design.

The 3D renderings played a key role throughout the entire project. They allowed Geoffrey to easily visualize his future retail space and validate every detail before production began.

Once the renovation was completed, Geoffrey found that the finished store matched the 3D designs perfectly, demonstrating the accuracy and attention to detail invested during the planning phase.

3D visuals that Simplify installation and secure the project

Several months passed between the approval of the project and the delivery of the furniture. When it came time for installation, the 3D renderings and overall layout plan proved especially valuable, making it easy to position each piece of furniture correctly within the store.

Despite an earlier-than-expected delivery from the carrier and the challenge of unloading a large shipment, Geoffrey and his team were able to rely on these documents to quickly identify the planned layout and organize the furniture installation efficiently.

Beyond the quality of the 3D visuals, Geoffrey particularly values the significant time savings provided by the store design service. The planning work carried out beforehand optimized the available space, accurately determined the number of furniture units required, and helped prevent ordering mistakes. Thanks to the precise measurements of the premises, every piece of furniture naturally found its place in the finished store.

If he were to suggest one improvement, Geoffrey would appreciate having a 2D floor plan alongside the 3D renderings, including the reference number or dimensions of each furniture unit. Such a document would make identifying and positioning the furniture during installation even easier.

Today, Geoffrey is extremely satisfied with his experience with Tradis. From the quality of the support and the responsiveness of the team to the accuracy of the 3D renderings and the final result, he confidently recommends the Tradis store design service to any retailer looking to open or renovate a retail space with complete peace of mind.
