Let's meet sommelier Johan Tallon who opened his wine shop on May 1st called La cave Des Beaux Arts in the eponymous district. Located near the Crémerie des Beaux-Arts, the wine cellar references many wine regions of France, the majority of which are organic and biodynamic.

Johan, a true lover of the terroir, makes it a point of honour to propose a rigorous selection of wines from the most beautiful wine regions in France. More than a wine seller, he wants to be a storyteller and know-how, always ready to share his knowledge with enthusiasm.

To create an atmosphere that is welcoming, elegant and respectful of the world of wine, Johan turned to Tradis. He chose our Bois Vieilli finish, perfect to emphasize the authentic character of the place and enhance each vintage.

The layout of the cellar was designed to combine functionality and staging:

  • Wine shelves placed against the walls, to organize references while optimizing space.
  • Low displays on wheels arranged in the center, which make it possible to energize the layout and to vary the presentations.

His cellar is arranged through wine shelves positioned against the walls as well as low displays on wheels placed in the center of the store. The sommelier chose the Bois Vieilli finish, ideally suited to the world of wine, and instantly enhancing his vintages.
