Vegetable shop at Le Château de Chambord

Discover the world of vegetable gardens, with the layout of the Château de Chambord shop

The french historical monument the Château de Chambord, has vegetable and fruit gardens on its immense estate, as well as souvenir shops. To furnish one of them, Jérôme Pellé, responsible of the castle's shops, chose a selection of solid wood furniture and organised this shop with a chivalrous atmosphere:

Three shelves with 8 compartments on the walls to hold cookbooks or board games. Two display units on wheels in the center of the shop, to showcase current products, and finally three 4-bin display units with a display pediment placed at the ends of the shelves, to arrange cuddly toys, fairy tales and knights for young and old.

To keep a rustic and warm spirit, Jérôme Pellé has chosen Bois Vieilli finish for his furniture. A solvent-free finish, handmade by our team of craftsmen.
